Dr Meenakshi Joshi is an Ayurveda doctor with more than 30 years of clinical and teaching experience. She is the founder of a long-established Ayurveda education and wellness platform, now transitioned fully to online learning and global consultations. Her work focuses on simple, practical Ayurveda that helps individuals improve digestion, hormones, stress, skin and overall wellbeing through personalised guidance and structured short courses.
